(no subject)
I was looking back through some of my old entries and I found the one I posted on New Years. Seeing it made me really happy. Know why? Because one of my resolutions was to make varsity lacrosse. ^^ I finally kept one!! happiness ensues
well yesterday, I got two hot hot pairs of jeans, two equally hot shirts, a pair of cleats, and a pair of sneakers. For once in my life, when I went into Lady Footlocker, there were two pairs of shoes that I liked! It's unheard of. I ended up buying the Nike Shox, which, surprisingly, do absorb the shock of impact better, and since that's what causes shinsplints I went with those. Yup.
Let's see, what else did I do? I drew some. That was pleasant. Here's how mohawk girl is going. When I showed it to Stephanie, she wanted to color it, and here's what she has so far. :) Cool, huh? We make a good team, IMO.
I have to go buy some food later for my "Little Stick." A varsity player ("Big Stick") gets paired up with a JV player ("Little Stick") and then they buy each other food on game days and basically support each other and stuff. It's v cool. This year I got paired with the most hyper, spirited, enthusiastic, loud, and sometimes annoying girl on the team haha poor me. It's worst when we do running or sprints because she's really good at it and she knows it and she won't shut her trap for one second while we're running. It's like everybody is panting and about to fall over and she's yapping on and on and on. However! I'm willing to forgive her because she's nice to everyone, and since she's so spirited you can bet she's going to get me some great goodies, bwahaha. :3 I guess the Gods of Lacrosse decided I needed a break, seeing as how last year I got the most unspirited, unenthusiastic, lethargic, apathetic girl on varsity, who never brought me anything but fruit snacks and granola bars that she probably fished out from the back of her cabinet three minutes before catching her bus. (She also had the worst stick skills on the team, IMO.)
I also have to outline this essay for Kraner because I work with a bunch of bums who deserve to get Cs because they are bums and make me do all the work, etc. I also have to post 4 mini-essay-thingies on the discussion board for Plunkett. EEW. I hate themmmmmmmmrkajg;df
