hey ya'll. how was everyone's extended weekend? delightful, i hope. the weather couldn't have been more perfect. i love it around here when the weather is nice. it doesnt even have to be spring or summer though, this area has its share of beautiful days in the fall and winter too. i dont know what i'm going to do after college, after i'm out of this house. i simply can't imagine living anywhere else. as much as i'd love to get out of here sometimes, i need the serenity of the beach and river. i'm one of those nerds who will go sit on a dock or at the inlet by myself and think for hours. everything is so calm and placid near the water...even despite the bennies. with headphones on my ears, water at my feet, and the sun on my back i feel like i'm in a movie where everyone is an actor but no one is acting. or maybe it's the opposite. either way, the plot of my film is thickening as days are passing. i just hope it doesn't turn out like a greek tragedy.
