I left work early on Friday, got home, we were ready to leave. Got on the road at 5pm. Arrived in Plant City around 8... Hung out with my Dad and Debbie for awhile before going to bed...
Woke up at 6:30... I didn't know what was going on at first I was sooo tired but once the adrenaline started to kick in. I was in high gear! We were out the door by 8... arrived at the park a little before 9, we parked in the very front for $11 very worth it! didn't have far to walk at all! lol! Regular parking is $7 and you have to take a tram to get to the gate. We had to buy another ticket but it didn't take long to do that. We headed straight for Sheikra... First thing in the morning hell yeah! Strat and the boys went first, I stayed with Collin because of course he can't ride it! My dad and Debbie wouldn't be there until later. It didn't take them long, once they rode it they came out and we did a child swap... I didn't have to wait in the line since Strat did and the boys got to ride it again... lucky SOB's haha! and OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that ride scared the freakin hell out of me! We rode the front row. You make an almost straight climb going up... you get to the top and its beautiful to look out over the city... then they stopped you and your hanging there for what feels like 10 mins... but its like 30 seconds and then you drop 90 degrees... 200 feet up! You are actually floating as you go down.... We were in the front row, I was screaming in the beginning and half way through the drop I couldn't scream... then once we reached the bottom I was screaming again.... it wipes you around, then before you can recover from the first drop it does it to you again! and this time your falling through a tunnel that mist water all over you! the whole ride last about 2 1/2 mins. We rode it 3 times...
Once I get the pics scanned I'll post them. We bought one from the Sheikra, they take a pic as you come out of the first drop. The last time we rode it was at 10pm... It was a lot different at night
