Well, November has been a month. I had quite a Monday.
It started off on Monday I woke up and threw up everywhere (mind you it was pretty gross) in my bathroom, I decided to tough it out at school. I brought a pillow to sleep in between classes, I drank some 7up and water, and threw that up. I figured that wasn't good, so I decided to drive home. I felt a little dizzy on the free way, you know the way you get spots in front of your eyes, so I was going to get off on an off-ramp, I don't even remember where I was when this DID happen, but last thing I remember is I hear a horn and everything went black. I guess the guy who honked at me saw me faint and knock my head on the wheel. I woke up with this huge bump on my head, I felt the tightness of it, the guy opened my door (luckily the doors were unlocked) and called 911. I was so worried about my car, because I hit the median between the interstate. All that happened to my car was the rim got scratched up and I had a flat tire. The paramedics were telling me to stop worrying about my car, I was like, "You don't KNOW my dad, he's going to be furious."
So I go to the ER, my parents meet me up there. My dad was nice and supportive by thinking I fucking faked the whole thing to get attention. Whatever. I went through every test on my body, it was ridiculous. I did 6 hours of testing, and heard an awesome homeless drunk guy who every other minute would scream about weird things about how he's a drunk and lives on the street. He was comedic relief for sure. Finally, the first doctor goes, "Well, you have an infection, we don't know what kind, but we can give you antibodics and you can go home." Well, they tried to get my blood pressure standing up which I threw up about two times. Then, my blood pressure standing up was 53/30. I insisted on going home, but my second doctor told me,
"You can go home, I'll cry if you die." I was like...er..
Me and my stubborn ways. Well, they admitted me into the hospital for overnight.
After long, stressful night; I had the next day to deal with, thinking I was going home. Nope. My highest blood pressure was 70/40. I was in bed rest (the tv sucked..I slept most of the days away), so I had to have help for EVERYTHING. Then, they let me go today finally. My blood pressure finally reached 100/60 or something like that. So I was quite happy. I finally got home and now here I am.
I am so happy to be home. I'm not happy about my sunglasses. My lovely Dolce and Gabbana sunglasses my pseudo Grandmother who passed away gave them to me, they have lasted for three years, when I hit the wheel they broke. They are destroyed. Broke my heart. lol. Sounds so materialistic, but they meant a lot to me. Anyways, the food at the women's hospital wasn't bad. Their fruit cups were real fruit and their apple pie was freakin delicious.
Pretty much I had some nasty infection and it made it where all my body could do but puke and I couldn't digest anything. Pain in the ass I tell you. Plus my nurse last night was a guy and I felt all awkward when he had to measure my pee. LOL.
Plus last night, they had to change my IV cause it broke, I was a pincushion. They had to get the ICU guys in to put in my IV. I was bleeding everywhere. It was so gross. I am feeling okay now, but have to stay home the rest of the week. During finals time. Fantastic. November has been hard as hell. But let's hope December is much better.
I feel loved though. My bird was so happy to see me he was dancing and blowing kisses every minute. My dog attacked me with love, Bogey sat in my lap. It was sweet.
Well, thank God I am alive. I could have died. The doctors are surprised I'm alive, I have a good guardian angel, I think his name might be Jacob too ;)
