Well, I saw everyone else doing this and wanted to join in! I must admit, not too many notes here though. I do want to extend all the thanks for carpemermaid for her tremendous help and encouragement for this story. Thank you so much my dear! Also thanks to my husband, Forrest (hah as if he reads my LJ!), for his help with all the details with punk music, what the fashion was like for specific genres, the bands, the venues, ect.
When I first saw the prompts I was drawn to the idea of the two meeting in a hostel but then sighed sadly since I never travel and hardly ever leave New York, and would have to do tons of research about other countries. Imagine the relief and joy when it occurred to me Harry and Draco are from England and thus going to NYC would be a new environment to them. It was such fun exploring all the details about a muggy night in NYC and I am thrilled some of you guessed me correctly in the poll just from the detailed descriptions of NYC.
This was my first year participating and it was a blast! Thank you for everyone who read, left kudos and/or commented! <3
