First off, your A/N is too sweet! Getting to know you over the past year has been SUCH a pleasure, and I'm so touched that you took the time to write me something! And James Sirius/Teddy no less!
Oh James, my poor baby! Pining after Teddy for so long, only to be rejected when he finally made his move! I love that you played up the guilty edge that Teddy has from them being like family, but that it ultimately wasn't enough to overcome his true feeling. Though it took him long enough to figure it out!
James was brilliant here with his Gryffindor courage, continuously putting his heart out on the line. That's so like him!
And then, OMG, so many of my likes! The first times, the possessiveness, the dirty talk, oh they were all so brilliant! The sex was beyond scorching, and I loved the thread of emotion underneath, that it was so obvious how much they cared for one another. Oh, and I loved that you had Teddy's hair a darker shade of blue here. IDK why, but that really stood out as such a wonderful (and somehow very sexy) detail.
Basically, this was the perfect birthday gift! Such wonderfully hot and sweet smut with my favorite next gen boys! You are the best, ever, Mel! Thank you so very much! <3
