Title: Dissolve

Summary: There are all kinds of problems with Albus being in love with his own brother; only one of those is that James seems to hate him.
My notes: This story is just all kinds of perfection. It features my favorite forbidden pairing and highlights the ‘wrongness’ of it while not being muddled completely with guilt and repressed feelings. I so love Albus’s voice here and the entire tone of the fiction. The atmosphere is set right away and brings you along for all the heart-aching gorgeousness of it. I love when one party resists more than the other, you can clearly sense all the want and desire dancing between them, and the ending is just divine! A must read!

Summary: Harry keeps coming back for Draco’s potion- and for Draco. He says he’s never slept better in his life. Draco soon regrets cooperating in this scheme he’s concocted; it turns out that fucking Potter may be more trouble than it’s worth.
My notes: This is HOT, and that is the understatement of the century. This story comes in two parts but was supposed to be read as a one piece and I very much recommend you read both. This fiction has such a great premise, with a delicious situation of consensual non-con that just escalates and gets better and better. The sex, oh my, the sex will leave you speechless. It is so graphic and vivid and achingly delicious you will just be in a daze afterwards. Oh and the ending is PERFECT, but I won’t give it away. A must read for all the smutty Drarry lovers out there.

Summary: Rodolphus finds the Resurrection Stone and brings back his none-too-willing wife. After all, if he'd had any sort of a self-preserving instinct, he'd never have married her to start with.
My notes: This story is just so striking! This was a fill for one of my prompts over at hp_darkarts and the author did a superb job. Rodolphus’s voice here is perfect, dark and sardonic and so true to what I imagine his character would be like. There is darkness to the story, but it’s not overly dreary and the ending is done so well. There are so many perfect lines, the writing is so crisp and poignant. I was drawn to every word the entire story.
