Yeah, Spanish blows. But it was my choice to take it again. At my school, it is required to take two years of a foreign language, unless you pass the placement exam. I failed it, so I have to start over. Which was my choice, too. I took three years of Spanish in high school and I KNEW I didn't retain anything. I could have taken the review course and then only have four quarters of Spanish, but I chose to take six quarters. So I shouldn't bitch TOO much... I wanted to take Italian but it wasn't open. And then French was my second choice, but I had already signed up for Spanish and decided to stick with it since I suck at languages and at least there I have background knowledge.

Ew. Spanish. Whoever said it was useful was on crack. A waste of six years, that's what it was. I'm so taking French next sem.
