And again, its been a year since I've updated. To sum up THIS last year, I kicked ass at school, met and adored the girl who stole my boyfriend, then met the love of my life, and moved to Chicago to be near him.
So, yes, your beloved fanfic writer/icon maker is now working as a nanny in Chicago, busy and happy and healthy and all adult-like.
The thing is, I don't watch Queer as Folk anymore, and I haven't felt my muse in two years, so I think it's time for me to... retire. I'll probably still make icons (two years as a Graphic Design major, photoshop is still my favorite thing in the world.) but no more fanfic.
I'll leave this community up so everyone can still enjoy the scribblings I've contributed in the past, but as of now, there will be no more fanfic updates.
I'm trying to reorganize my life on livejournal, get back into the grind of communicating and sharing. I'm a little overwhelmed with how spread out I got (communities, multiple journals, etc.) so give me some time, if you want to keep in touch. I haven't decided whether to keep using this community for icons, or start a fresh one, or just keep everything ever just on my _alantie. So, yeah, you're probably just as confused as I am.
SOoooo, stick around here to see what happens with possible icon/banner/etc postage, or friend my personal journal (this one. I'm retiring soarsore) and chat me up there.
