Underage dinking- Underage Drinking is something that needs to be put under control. I live a nice richy kind of city and you can walk into just about any gas station and you can buy both alcohol and tobacco and even drugs. Underage drinking is most def. one of the biggest problems with teenagers today. Although I do admit to it; I dont do it uncontrolably like some kids.
Drugs- Drugs are deffinatly one thing that I will NEVER do! They are a serious waste of time and can tottaly ruin your life and the life of people around you. It also leads to bigger problems.
Eating Disorders- Eating Disorders is a big issue for me. Ive dealt with them in the past and let me tell you; it is very hard to break the cycle. Eating Disorders are very dangerous and can lead to Hospitalization and even death. There are many other healthy ways out there to lose weight; please dont resort to this!
War in Iraq- I respect the people that are over seas right now fighting for millions of americans rights and freedom. It is a sad situation that many people may forget about. Just think of how many families have lost their family members to death or injuries from fighting the war, it is a very scary and hard situation to handle.
School Uniforms- What I dont understand about schools that enforce school uniforms is that most every school tries to enforce difference and indivualty but how are you gunna enforce that if you are having every kid in the school wear the same exact thing?!
Teen moms- This is another sad situation that is handled everyday. Many careless teens are out their having sex unprotected or some may even be using protection, but many teens tell themselves oh its not gunna happen to me, i cant get pregeant i'm too young, thats not true, many teens become pregeant everyday either by accident or just pure carelessness.
Sororities- I would <3 to get involved with Sororities when I am in college it just seems like a fun way to meet new people on campus especially if you are going to a large campus. It also gets you involved in other college activites.
The Mean Girls Movie- I abosulety <3 this movie! It is so true about how teenage girls can be towards one another and towards other people. This is a great way to show other people how teenagers act when their are no parents or adult figures are around.
