the hell out of the town..find some conversation..the low fuel light's been on for days....it doesnt mean anything..

monday night i did not end up watching Shakespeare in Love, instead, i read Something Borrowed all night long.. it was so good, even better than Something Blue. ahhh i recommend it. i can't wait for the mid-20s life.
tuesday morning i woke up and finished my book/laid out/played piano/lazied the day away. it was beautiful. every bit of it. i went to yoga that evening. it was the extended workout, haha, and boy was i sore the next day. thennn we went to fuzz's and cabby and luke came. the boys swam, we ate some "grainy" cookies haha, and we talked about st bede and all the funny things that happened and that are happening. gosh i wouldnt change a thing about my high school years..not that there weren't bad times, but it was most definitely a good experience that i wont ever take for granted. we sure learned a lot, about everything.
and then we went inside to watch laguna beach season 1 dvd! we were all very amused by fuzzy's excitement over the very last moment of the season. haha picture this: fuzz sitting on the couch, up on her toes, rubbing her hands together frantically, making a shrill giggle sound. yes you know it. i love you alli :) fortunately, we all made it through alive during that last moment haha.
hmm wednesday i had to work all day long! my first time this summer hahaha. and it actually wasnt too bad. we kept busy enough.
so last night we decide to venture to morris for dinner at chili's. haha yeah like 15 minutes in we hit this torential rainstorm, yikes. and i was driving, DOUBLE yikes. i did alright though. and no worries, we had a blast gossipping while we listened to old school britney, old school nelly, old school mariah...i guess my car tends to bring everyone back haha.
it was such a funny night hahah. we were so loud, i dont know what got into us..! i think the climax of our meal would definitely have to be when i made a harmless attempt to sample fuzz's pasta and i friggin knock over her water..."OH SH..OOOOT!" i say, which was followed by much yelling and then toya yells "DAMN YOU MICHELLE, we should have left her in her cage tonight!" and then while we're in the bathroom toya likes to tell ladies with butt-ugly jean jumpers about her community vibrator..haha it was classy ;)
we actually made it home alive, and then we picked up our dear friend emily who has been missing from our lives for nearly a week! so we head over to fuzzy's again, followed by cabby and lukes arrival, followed by laguna beach season 1 dvd... can someone say deja vu? we argued about who was the bigger bitch..kristen or lc?, luke played with fuzzy's toys..haha those sick glasses, cab got ALMOST as excited as allison was yesterday when lc saw stephen in san francisco...it was a grand night.
soo today, woke up, read christina's book she lent me..we're totally nerds, and totally starting a book club. went to the y, went to work...and IT WAS THE LONGEST DAY OF MY LIFE. maybe im exaggerating a bit... but not by much. there was nothing nothing nothing to do. but like all days at work, it does eventually end, to my surprise, and i came home, cooked myself some suppa, and am now sitting here thinking about taking a shower and anticipating tonight when we are going to the late show viewing of CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY!! im extremely pumped. too bad its not the drive in:( but oh well. (by the way...sunday night, let's go to the drive in!)
so as of lately, nothing too much going on, just going through the motions, having some fun...speaking of fun, this weekend shall be funfilled. and next week will be great because 1)i have nothing at all to do at all on monday...2)tuesday im getting my hair cut and colored, one of my favorite past times ever...3) i only have to work 8 hours the whole week...4)emily, mary alice, thelma, and i are going to chicago dorm room shopping on thursday 5)laguna beach season premiere/partay on monday...6)the week after that we leave for the big horn state...which equals seeing JEFFFFREY MILLS!...7)because i have 6 reasons it will be great..cant get much better than that.
next friday we leave for iowa.. haydenfelt family reunion! which would be.. my dad's mom's mom's side of the family. pretty crazy. i really dont know any of them besides my great grandma and grandma and aunts...but we'll be staying with my mom's family, which equals my cousins daren and derek..and that's always a good time.
times are good right now. like good wholesome nights. not wholesome as in that, but as in fulfilling nights..with good friends, good laughs....
pretty much just good times.
yeah, i'll miss it.

and tonight will go on forever while we walk around this town like we own the streets and stay awake through summer like we own the heat...singin' "everybody wake up..wake up..it's time to get..everybody wake up it's time to get down"
