1-PINpoints were not used, though the technology is similar. The signal could be traced, but digging through the encryption will take awhile. (Hint: Don't find the Seekrit Base yet. :) )
2-Footage could be obtained from surveillance cameras at the Iraqi weapons facility, though getting it from them could be...difficult at best.
3-Whoever pulled off the heist in Iraq was most likely not the same operative who assassinated the two government figures. The Modus Operandi is entirely different. Though that could be a feint to throw off a trail.
