spare speakers
When I upgraded my sound system it just had two front speakers and an amp. Because it didn't have a sub I have used the sub from my old sound system.
The old system was 5.1 so now those 5 speakers are spare. I could probably plug them all back in and have 7.1 surround sound but to be honest I don't think it's worth it for the clutter.
I should try plugging them in just to see what it's like. But if you think you can use them then you can have them. You need something to plug them into though, they are just lone speakers and wires. Unfortunately they used to plug into my sub which I am still using.
