Mission 101: The List

As promised a while ago, here's a copy of my mission 101 list, where I'll be trying to keep track of my progress- completed goals are struck out. I'll keep this entry public so everyone can see it. = )


Challenges.
1. Finish the 50 book challenge on LJ. (30/50)
2. Finish the 50 line challenge on LJ using all 5 sets. (3/5)

Writing.

3. Write the first draft of a novel.
4. Write at least five one-shot fics and post them online. (3/5)
5. Write at least two multi-chaptered fics and post them online. (0/2)
6. Write for three different genres. (0/3)
7. Write a drabble in German.

Travel.

8. Visit ten cities in Germany.
9. Visit five countries I’ve never been to before. (2/5)
10. Do at least six cultural/touristy things in the city where I’m studying abroad.
11. Keep a record of my travelling.

Gaming.

12. Finish Final Fantasy 12.
13. Finish Final Fantasy 6.
14. Finish Devil May Cry.
15. Finish Kingdom Hearts 2.
16. Play Dirge of Cerberus.
17. Try out (and finish) three different Sims 2 challenges. (2/3)
18. Play Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days.
19. Finish Final Fantasy 7: Crisis Core.

Appearance, health and lifestyle.

20. Go without makeup for one week.
21. Get a pedicure with someone.
22. Get a manicure with someone.
23. Get a facial with someone.
24. Do half an hour of exercise every day for one week.
25. Be able to do ten consecutive push-ups.
26. Go to bed before 11 pm every night for two weeks.
27. Get up by 8 am every day for a week.
28. Try a sport or activity I’ve never tried before.
29. Get my ear cartilage pierced.
30. Eat vegetarian for a week.
31. Try to meditate for at least half an hour every day for one month.
32. Try three new foods.
33. Try waxing my legs.
34. Go at least a week actively trying to smile more.
35. Learn to dress more appropriately for my age.
36. Keep an eye on my calorie intake for one month to check it’s high enough.
37. Take a vitamin every day for three months.
38. Heal my legs and feet up enough until I feel confident in showing them off.
39. Go a week finishing all meals.
40. Try to give up alcohol and fast food for a month.
41. Eat two different portions of fruit every day for one month.
42. Experiment with at least three different eye make up techniques. (0/3)

Socialising.

43. Go to three Club NME nights. (0/3)
44. Go to two gigs.
45. Visit at least two friends at their unis or work placements.
46. Organise at least ten social gatherings. (3/10)
47. Throw a house party.
48. Go to at least ten different pubs or bars. (2/10)
49. Pay for a meal out or takeaway for my family.

Online.

51. Set up a writing journal and update it every fortnight for 6 months.
52. Participate in NaNoBloPoMo for at least 1 month.
53. Give my LJ an overhaul at least once every six months. (2/6)
54. Give my Facebook page an overhaul once every six months (if required). (2/6)
55. Blog at least once a fortnight. (26/72)
56. Give my hotmail inbox a proper clear out.
57. Become active again in an online community.
58. Give my laptop a proper clear out, sorting things to disks/external harddrive.

Education/Skills.

59. Graduate with a 2.1 or higher.
60. Apply for a Masters Course.

63. Pass my driving theory test.

69. Take a course I don’t need to but want to.
70. Learn to write legibly with my left hand.
71. Copy up all lecture notes for the final year.

Out and about.

72. Go to see a play.

75. Revisit the British Museum.
76. Go to a stand up comedy show or night.

Random.

78. Double my DVD collection. (6/16)
79. Get a new phone- a good one!

81. Maintain a diary/planner for one whole year.
82. Give blood at least 3 times. (0/3)
83. Properly clear out my bedroom at home.
84. Do something for charity- sponsored or volunteer.
85. Donate unneeded or unwanted things to charity.
86. Write a letter to my twenty-five year old self.
87. Write fifteen letters to others. (9/15)
88. Send at least one postcard per month whilst studying abroad.
89. Listen to five bands I’ve always meant to.
90. Find at least three new bands that I like. (2/3)
91. Try a cigarette.
92. Sing kareoke.
93. Try going a week without inadvertently using internet slang in real life. = p
94. See all episodes of Angel. (0/110)
95. Finally see all episodes of seasons 3 and 4 of Buffy. (0/44)
96. Reread the Naruto manga at least as far as before.
97. Put aside at least £500 into my savings for travelling or as needed.
98. Dress as a Ghostbuster for Hallowe’en.
99. Go without internet for one week.
100. Take a photo every day for one month.
101. Complete 101 things in 1001 days!
