updates in my life
Three things:
1) Chelsea and I saw Milk yesterday, and it was really really good. I nearly cried. James Franco was surprisingly good, and Sean Penn was absolutely unbelievable. And by that, I mean he was extremely believable. I highly recommend making the trip to Ann Arbor to see it. It capped off a lovely day eating at Seva and walking around town.
2) Who the fuck is making decisions in the Lions front office? I mean, I realize that when you have three losing seasons in a row, your coaching position should probably be questioned, but who fires Rod Marinelli? He was the only person on the coaching staff worth a damn, and it's idiotic decisions like that that make the Lions 0-16. He was tough and had a lot of passion and heart. I'm pissed. I mean, look at any other coach we've had in the last 10 years. When's the last time we even won a playoff game? To think that he is the reason they are doing poorly is just so stupid.
3) When in Ann Arbor, I bought a "new" sweatshirt from the local vintage store. It's really silly and a little small on me, but it's fun, and the woman said they just got it from Japan:
