Thats just something I say now, since I went roller skating last night. Seriously, how cool am I. I went roller skating for the first time since Lindsay's birthday when we were all in 6th grade, but let me tell you that I am quite an excellent skater. Last night was 80's night at the local skatig rink, so me and my roomates decided to put on our leg warmers, crimp our hair and go. It was a hoot, the DJ played all the classic such as thriller, mc hammer, and beastie boys, and I just kept skating around and around till I threw up. I loved it, I felt so young and spry again. When we first got there the place was empty, but then all these other people showed up, and the party really got started, well like 10 more people, but hey I still felt cool and looked cool for that matter.
And last night I talked to Hillary for a while, it was nice to hear her high pitched nasily voice again. We got to share with each other about how empty our lives are now and how there are no funny people around. The only time I get to laugh now is when I talked to one of my old compadres, que triste (I said "friends, how sad" for the non native speakers, sorry for any confusion) No but it really is sad because I don't really feel like I can be the hillarious wierdo I am around here because nobody has my same sense of humor, it actually very depressing. But for those of you who I like and make me laugh, you'll be glad to know that it makes me miss and appriciate you all very very much. And I will be looking forward to seein you all during Christmas....if I don't slit my writs before then.
Let's seee, what else can I tell you... Janelle and Alex visited this weekend because Alex's Nanna kicked the bucket,(God rest her soul) so they came up here for the funeral and I got to visit with them. I had almost forgotten how cute Anika is, and thank the good Lord, she is finally thinning out. Janelle put her on the atkins diet, only steaks for that little one. But it was good to see them because I was really starting to miss them.
Well, this entry is entirely too long......goodbye
