Good news everyone!
The title of this post must be said with this voice. It's only natural since Love and I have nearly watched all of the 19 Futurama DVDs he got himself for his birthday. ^_^;
The actual good news is that I have an interview for the job I want! Weeee~! Needless to say, I'm terribly excited. I don't wanna be disappointed if it doesn't work but... If it does work, it will certainly be one of my greatest victories!
Lots of fantastic news for the gang too, since their Holiday stuff has arrived:
- I got a bunch of great clothes and a wig from Sunniezg on DoA. Orochimaru now has a very fitting kimono, Nadezhda is adorable in a pink bunny rabbit pajama, and Finster looks badass with his new natural gray hair. No pics yet, though...
- ...But here's a Valentine Shehara wearing all sorts of silly stuff I've sewn for him and showing off a smiley tree with blood drop leaves I painted on his arm this afternoon:
- Dilandau has gotten his Dikadoll jointed hands and a beautiful silver 50cm-long wig from Coolcat. I chopped the hair about three times to get the correct length (it was almost sad since it was so silky!), then boiled and styled it at least 20 000 times over the last 2 weeks (I'm nearly not exaggerating at all). I'm finally quite proud of the results. ^_^ He got eyelashes and a shirt as well, so he's just missing his tiara, for which I ordered a shiny 'marquise cut' amethyst. I think I could also figure out a realistic uniform... In the meantime, here's a pic of our favorite commander with his hands (that was before I received the wig and eyelashes, though):
- Since I already had courage and glue after working with Dilandau, Lorelei and Takara both got upper eyelashes as well. I ran out of sun before I could take pictures so, erm... no pictures yet for them either.
- Thanks to Aminamithri, I also have TONS of amazingly inspiring fabric. I already used the stretchy blue leopard print to garnish a bolero I made for Lorelei and to line the collar of Nadhezda's new pajama. Again, no pics (yet)...
I nevertheless did take pictures during the last few weeks!

Mr. Mandrake, the sum of all sorts of parts Animefigurekit no longer needed and of my most extensive customization work (I should take some close-up shots one of these days...):
