(no subject)
It's been a long ass time since I updated this thing, but I've been lurking quite a bit lately and I thought I'd say hi and give a summary of the last 4 months of my life.
This semester went by freakishly fast. After Thanksgiving we only have a week and a half of classes, and then I only have 4 more days until my last paper is due. I have like 80 billion things to do between now and then. I'm kind of freaking out. It feels like it should be Halloween time. I really don't get how this happened.
I'm getting ready to go to Spain in mid-January, which is sooo soon, and all of the stuff I have to do to prepare is adding to the stress of finals. I'll be there for 6 months, and I've never been away from home for that long before, so that's making me nervous. All of my classes are going to be taught in Spanish, and I'm scared I'm gunna fail, but the advisers have told me I'll be fine and I guess I sort of believe them. I still don't have a plane ticket. Aaaah!! I also declared a Spanish minor. Why? I'm not quite sure.
Beau left. There was drama. We broke up. I am sad.
Also, I took up rock climbing. It makes me feel hardcore and badass. Except the other people at the gym are more hardcore and badass. But I'm actually really good for how long I've been climbing.
I'm excited for Thanksgiving. I miss people. And I love my family. And food. And Puppy. And the fat lazy dog.
