Ah, so true.
Graduation was super boring, but I'm officially done!! It's really more scary than anything else, but Mr. Jones's speech last night was comforting. He said that we already live in the "real world" and just because we aren't financially independent doesn't mean that we haven't lived through shit and don't know how to take care of ourselves. Leaving high school isn't entering an entirely different universe that we've been shielded from up to this point.
The all night party was amazing. The decorations were sooo cool. The theme was "Oh The Places You'll Go" and it was all Dr. Suess-y and super cute.
I love craps...and might pick up a serious gambling addiction from that game because winning is so fucking easy. I know the house always wins, but I don't get how it can in that game. I got 4x my money in five minutes and decided to quit while I was ahead...and when I found out that my chips weren't really worth anything.
I kicked ass at the climbing wall (it was the easiest thing ever and I don't get why people had trouble with it) and the obstical course, and I stayed on the mechanical bull at times comparable to the guys, which was cool, cuz I thought I would suck at it. I also won a pair of boxers from boxer bingo (well...Sammi won, and but gave me the boxers). They say "trust me, I'm a doctor". The hypnatist was amusing, but...I'm not going to get into that here. A lot of "you had to be there" type stuff. I also won a DVD player, which is pretty sweet.
It still doesn't feel real yet.
