Hibachi con Saki
This weekend, despite the weather madness, was awesome. Kyle came to town on Saturday and we went to Genghi's (I had been having sushi cravings for over a week!) When we got there, there was a major wait, but after a half hour or so, we got a table (minus the crazy hat fella). It was awhile before we got food, but it was fun. We got to chill, talk, and try some new stuff. Kyle tried miso (fishy) soup, which wasn't that great. I tried saki (and liked it) but Kyle had a bit much on an empty stomach as he got a little *too* smiley. I got my California rolls *yum* and we both had scallops *double yum* The plan was to go to my Writing Center sledding/chili party on Sunday, but it got cancelled; Kyle and I watched some MST3K and then headed up to Pinny to visit his parents. The roads were so sucky, we about lost it on 7 Mile Road! We had good foods, good times, and Kyle played the piano. I forgot how much I miss it when he does that.
