This might very well change in the near future...but fuck it, man, fuck it.
I LOVE MY JOB.
Most of the customers that shop at my store are actually very cool people. Hell, even this one mom scored points when she was super-patient when I was learning how to process checks. And usually the moms are the difficult ones. My co-workers are fucking awesome. Very comfortable to be around, I already feel like part of "the group". Well, to be fair, pretty much anyone who laughs at my jokes quickly makes my cool person list, so yeah. I'm starting to get the hang of the register. The only difficult part is splitting up payments, and I'm still getting used to trade-ins for store credit, not to mention that "F2" bullshit (Whats up with THAT?).
But pretty much all we do is chill, which rules.
Once "the season" starts to pick up and the big name games get released (sucks that I can't be there for the midnight opening for Halo 2) things'll get crazy though, I'm sure.
But it pretty much beats every job I've ever had before...ever.
So in that aspect of my life at the moment..I'm satisfied.
