Azalea the former Shadowmaiden now lost her Dad to cancer. They only found out recently after they got tests (after her brother died), and he was terminal by then, especially because those harmless-looking nodes on his face never really bothered to announce themselves as painful malignant lumps

I lost my favorite uncle to cancer. Cancer really pisses me off, i hate that in most cases you can't really tell it's there till it's late. Thankfully science has done a lot of progress these past years but still it makes you feel so hopeless.

On Saturday, will be the third year of my dad's death from cancer. It was Stage 4 when they discovered it on the tailend of his pancreas.

We always remember the best times we had and cherish every moment we had with him.

We celebrate his life, not what we have lost. That is the best way to remember your loved ones.
