woah woah woah. i just found a copy of "A Deepness in the Sky" by Vernor Vinge in the free-book-case in the library. now, if only there were more hours in the day i could find a way to trip balls on this 606 page sci-fi revelation. if you haven't done some of the classic sci-fi....mayne, you don't even know.
tonight, max and i made chicken noodle soup from scratch. chicken stock is greasy as all hell and i can't believe how sharp bay leaves are. they'll slit your throat if you eat em. no joke.
but the soup will feed us for weeks.
