(October 25th mid-morning) Confrontation

Harry had left shortly after Luna began talking to Nott that morning, and now sat in the Gryffindor Common Room, brooding despite his earlier good mood.

hopefully Ginny would show up soon. Harry was still trying to figure out what there was between her and Draco, and it was bothering him immensly.

After her conversation with Luna and breakfast, Ginny hurried up to the Gryffindor common room. She had left the blasted transmiter there, and needed to retrieve it.

Harry turned as he heard the Portrait Hole open, and could feel his heartrate jump as Ginny entered. This was not a conversation he was looking forward to.

"Hey Ginny," he said. "Uh, can I.... do you have a mo...a few minutes? or a while?" Harry managed to stutter out. He sank back into the chair, attempting to calm himself.

((ooc: Just an FYI, the transmitter is going to send anything they say in this conversation straight to Death Eater head quarters. It looks like a necklace with a stylized sun pendant, so even if found, it's unlikely anyone would have a clue what it is. Harry knows about it, and Ginny knows that the Order knows about it by now. But Ginny doesn't necessarily know that Harry knows... bleh this stuff is complicated.))

Colin entered the common room eager to finish writing the artcle that lay half-done in his dorm. "Oh, hi, Harry! Hi Ginny!" he greeted them, blissfully unaware that he had walked into a fight.

((ooc: Figured Colin provides a good reason for Harry and Ginny to break off for the time being.))

Harry turned as he heard Colin enter. He paused for a moment, then walked through toe portrait hole. "Not now, Colin," Harry said before Colin could say anything.
