After being apparated back to Promise's house by Charm, Cho decided to raid Promise's bookshelves. She found an American history book, layed down on Promise's bed, and skimmed through the pages as she waited for Promise to arrive. American History wasn't all that interesting, but it was far more interesting than European history

Mishka stepped out of the driver's side of the car before Promise could say anything. Fearless and Satan came bounding out of the house to greet him. Dogs seemed to like him. He was ruffling Fearless's ears and Promise looked over her shoulder at him. "We're going to go to my room and change, Mishka. We'll be back down in a few."

She then snatched Cho's hand and nearly dragged her up to her room. When she finally got there with her friend she shut the door and plopped on her bed, kicking off her heels. she then flopped backward on the bed and groaned, "That was exciting."

She sat back up after a moment and looked at Cho, "Yeah he hurt him." She paused for a moment then hastily said, "I stopped him before he could do any real damage, though."

Cho's eyes grew wide after Promise told her that Alex had gotten hurt. She sat down on the bed next to Promise.
She cocked her head to the side and said "Were you completely against this or.. did you secretly hope for it to happen?"

Promise blinked slowly, wondering if the fact that she wasn't at all opposed to it and furthermore not even in the least disturbed by witnessing it would freak Cho out significantly. She thought for a moment about how to present the information, "Honestly, i think he deserved to be hurt. I didn't try to stop Mishka, not until he was threatening to do significant damage, anyway."

She glanced at Cho, "Alex will be fine, and I know it's a bit warped of me to not care that he was hurt. We're even now, though. I won't bother him again."

The quote 'Dont get mad, get even' popped into Cho's mind. Promise had gotten both mad AND even, so it didnt really apply to her situation.
She sighed and said "I dont think it's weird that you don't care that he was hurt. If someone did something THAT horrid to me, i'd probably not give a rat's ass about his pain either.."
Cho took a hairtie she had on her wrist off of it and put her hair into a ponytail. "It has been an akward night Promise and even though it wasn't my fault, i'm sorry for it.."
