Goodmorning Baltimore, Everyday's Like An Open Door

So I'm finally getting involved with my sweet school. I did so much work yesterday. I was number one in productive. ON THE PLANET.
I auditioned for the Vagina Monologues which I saw last year and LOVED. So I'm glad I'm a part of it this year. We're selling chocolate Vagina Pops on valentines.
I love it.
I'm also auditioning for Purrrfect Pitch later next week. It's our a capella group on campus. I also heard about them last year but never knew anything about them.
I think I'm going to the Sorority interest meeting next week as well. I'm afraid all  of my stereotypes will come true, not of everyone, just of the Towson Sorority girls.... so let's hope there are a few sane ones in the group.
I'm auditioning as a part of my Musical Theatre class, to see who gets into which scenes. I made a resume with my headshot on the front real big on hard paper. I hope it goes well, I'm singing Gimme Gimme from Millie. I'm almost nervous, but it's not like I won't make it.... cuz I'm already in the class....

So my drawing teacher is so. cool. He is real young and fresh outta grad school. He went to normal college, and then a three year non-degree art school, then to grad school, so basicly he knows everything ever about art and painters and everything. He gave himself 30 seconds and showed us how to make complicated pictures easier to draw. He ran about the page making small tick marks and edges of things so it looked like morse-code threw up on it. He gave himself another minute, and added more, and he said, if you give me 5 minutes, you'll see this city-scape we're all looking at out the window. THEN he said "your turn. GO" so I was so nervous, but he said I chose a really complicated area to draw, but he said it was impressive. YAY. But he only gave us a half hour on it, so they wernt done.  My next homework assigmnet for that class is a 4 hour drawing. I plan on doing it at Matt's.

I also wrote a paper yesterday that wasn't due until tuesday. *snif* I think I'm growing up!

Also did all of the mountains of dishes we had in the room, as well as cleaned the room, and did a design project for my other art class.

I felt more productive then than I have all semester. Matt was such a great help. He gave me a massage while I was doing dishes, he proof-read my paper, he gave me feedback on my design project to see where his eye went first (it was a pretty specific design project). He helped me clean and when I got out of the shower, he had a little bowl of Karamel Sutra Ben & Jerry's that I just bought. I LOVE HIM. He wins.

Got a buncha new icons. This one is for Anna because it reminds me of Daisy.

I have to get ready for my Musical Theatre class!!!

Home for the weekend!

Life is pretty darn peachy.
