Well, I am caught up on the flist so I am gonna watch SGA give D his last pain pill (hopefully the sedative I just gave him isn't too strong, I need him to wake up and eat to get his tylenol in him) and go to bed. Opening again at work tomorrow (and monday, then closing on tuesday - yuk, hate closing). Work tomorrow will suck, but not as bad as a fractured jaw, so I shouldn't complain; Dingo doesn't. He's been entirely stoic about the entire business. Even the vet commented that he thinks Bubba is one tough dog. Between the scar on his leg and the BB in his chest we know he had some trouble before he came to us, and now this; but he doesn't complain, just wrinkles his brows and quivers in pain a bit when it's real bad. On the off chance he does cry out in his sleep, a quick pat on the back and soothing rub on the forehead calms him as well as the sedative (another thing the vet noted). He really is a very good dog (aside from that minor runs-into-cars thing, that is).

p.s. I still owe you one 'details of humorous, accident related, incidents' post. and no, in my family, that is not an oxymoron. We find humour in the darkest places.
