Draft ACTA released

For those who have heard of it, there's currently negotiations for an international anti-counterfeiting treaty that many expect will be the first focused international effort to crack down on global intellectual property piracy. It's been closely watched by many people, and subject to a lot of criticism about its secrecy and lack of transparency. In response to that, and after the latest round of negotiations in New Zealand, the European Commission on Trade has released the draft agreement online in full for people to read and scrutinise.

Attempting to read it now; given how tired I am I might save it for tomorrow at work. Or just wait for Michael Geist to do his analysis.
