The SPN WIPs are many. Nineteen officially listed, though there are plenty of more snippets and experiments and stuff. Trying to keep focused on a few to get those done, really.
I just wanted to share a snippet I just wrote, from a fic about teen!Sam getting his first migraine (and then successive ones over the years).
"Shit, Sam, I don't know, should I take you to the hospital?"
"No," Sam rasped, "no, it's not - it's not that bad. Don't."
Dean gritted his teeth, unsure whether Sam was just saying that because of the paralyzing fear they've had all their lives - no hospital, no police when Dad isn't around, or you might never see your brother again.
God, their lives are so messed up. I love it.
