I bought this book a few years ago when I was still the self help section of my life according to book stores. Today I sat my sister down and read the entire thing to her out loud. It's the kind of thing you feel like you already knew after you read it but it's still nice to have a reminder when you get a little lost on your way out of the self help section of your life/book store.
I have found it to be more of a comfort than anything else, and something to make me smile especially when it starts to hurt to smile for whatever reason.
