So much to say-- I kinda wanna do it it bullet style. A fave from my LiveJournal past.

• I'm in an exclusive-but-not-labeled relationship.  Meaning, there is finality to our situation and I think if I called him my boyfriend it would make him going home something I would have to deal with more than I would like.  And really, more importantly, I'm just not ready.  But he is every kind of wonderful, and I think if the timing were better I could very easily fall in love with him.   We've already done so much together-- a fantastically sexy summer sidekick.  We're going to his friends' cottage for Memorial Day Weekend, Ontario in June, Rothbury in July, Crystal Lake in July, Cedar Point in August.  Super excited.  : )
• I started my pre-internship at Parchment Middle School-- 6th grade English and science.  My kids are hilarious, and they're really starting to warm up to me.  I just started doing a mini-poetry unit, and this week we focused on Lemonade Poems (it was the best of ____, it was the worst of _____) and free form poetry.  I like it when they call me Miss Rosenberg.   It's so funny how non-chalant they are.  One of the students, Willy, wrote a Lemonade Poem on water.  One of the verbs he used to describe water was "killing".  When I asked why he chose that word, he said "My cousin was an alcoholic and 2 years ago he went fishing when he was drunk and drowned."  I told him how sorry I was to hear that, and his response was "Don't be.  I only met him once."  Strange.
  

• Don't want to talk about it much, but I've been dealing with a twisted triangle that includes by ex having slept with one of my best girlfriends.  Awesome.
• Free Element broke up. On to bigger and better things, I guess. : (
