Today merits the revival of my lj
After erasing everything before coming to school, I've been strangely inspired by someone I barely know and so I've decided to renew this tradition. Ok so the real purpose of this entry is to share the joy I felt when I ate a pastelito in New Hampshire. It was from el Versailles and it was just amazing. Veronica's mom brought us some along with a frozen frita....from El Rey de Las Fritas, which I will later microwave and probably will not taste as good, but nonetheless will be grrrrreat! I really like it here but it is SO dark outside right now and it's soooo cold and rainy and did I mention COLD? that I can't help but miss Miami a tiny bit. I'll update this later with some real pertinent issues. For now, enjoy my homesickness as I go and battle with my Chem lab TA who is absolutely nuts, embarrasses me by showing my notebook as an example to follow and asks me to dance with her every Thursday night! Call me and cheer me up! (leave a msg. because there's only one cell phone tower in the entire state of New Hampshire and the service isn't all that great)
