Totally the best day ever

[ mood::
|| freakin' great ]
[ music:: Franz Ferdinand - This Boy ]

I was off today [mostly because it's pervykappa's birthday and therefore a national holiday XD].

Grabbed Goku and made a visit to the high school as promised. The most excitement happened when Red discovered I was there [he's been waiting for Friday because word slipped and he found out I was visiting]. He came up behind me and yelled in a short almost accusing, "SANZO!"
Gave me a heart attack. Goat started crying. XD
Red decided to stay with us [and to totally abandon his group of freaks and his girlfriend. Erm, I'm flattered?].

The weirdest thing that happened was when we were walking around in the halls while classes were in. A group of people were walking and a guy suddenly shouted out my nickname and was promptedly smacked by another person. Wtf, I didn't even know them.

Nicole, Dustin, and Daniel wandered to the high school too. XD
I was able to talk and catch up and with Nicole which was awesome. We stayed and went to the pep rally to humor Goat since everybody else is normally down there with the band or the flags so we kept him company. Oh, and Red followed us to. We need to seriously change Red's nickname to Dougan. He has the red hair for it. XD

I swung by my old art class and picked up some certificants that my teacher wasnt able to give to me earlier. She said that I could stop by any time. ^^

After school was out, I met up with Raquel and Julio. Raquel asked if I could drive her to the Silversmith Gallery to pick up a new nosering. I've never gone to the Silversmith Gallery before, and from what I heard about it, it was an edgey store ran by a very opionionated man. Several people in town think that store is "evil." Which was why I wanted to go.

Ha, cool place. I noticed that there was art hanging around that was for sell so I asked the man that ran it if he buys art. He totally does. He was telling me how he's remodeling the store now so it'll be strongly dedicated to the artwork [and the artists] and how nobody from this area sells art.

*wide grin* I said that I'll come by sometime with my portfolio.

It's good exposure. He said he buys art and posts the work on the website or sometimes puts the work up for sell on ebay. When a sell is made, the artist also gets a royalty.

I'm very interested in that.

Went out to eat with a fraction of the group and went to the football game where Goat made me laugh so hard that I was on the ground almost crying.
