stuck in class
I totally forgot I had this thing., thought maybe I should try to pick it up again.
So life in Tucson is amazing. I moved down here to go to culinary school and live with Eytan and I must say it was a great desicion. The weather here is amazing, I managed to find fresh sushi despite being in the desert, we live in a great unique house and I convinced sarah to move here from New Hampshire where life was shit.
Also I managed to get a job as a blackjack dealer through a small casino rental company. On one hand I dont think it'll be able to stay afloat for another full year, but theres money to be had now and I'm going to grab it while I can.
I still bake like a fiend and have been pretty happy with my results. For break-fast on Yom Kippur I made strawberry rum cupcakes topped with fresh cream. they were amazing.
