I guess that in a sence I am back, tho I might die of boredom soon. So yes, I got in woo! And then I go and hurt myself, tho in self defence it wasnt even my fault! It was those evil PTI's and their stupid issue shoes! I hurt my knee wearing their shoes 2 weeks into the course, aparently I have a...lets say unique...running style. And running on my toes really doesnt help much either. Anyway to cut a long story short, I inured my hip as well coz I was overcompensating for the injured knee, the end result was that couldnt run. It was a mission trying to keep up with marching in the flight.
So Im being medically released, I was sposed to go back in the September course, but my hip wasnt healed properly so my doctor didnt want me going back. So I go back in January. And yes! I get to do everything ALL OVER AGAIN! Lucky me! Ok yes...Im being a little sarcastic...but Im also kind of excited, coz I know everything! So Ill kick ass! Except in PT, coz I totally suck when it comes to pushing myself, specially if running is involved.
So what have I been up to since I came back in July? Well the first two weeks was me resting, then I signed up at a gym and then continued to torture myself with a bit of running which is probably why my hip didnt heal as well as it should have. So Ive been on a brake for about 3 weeks now and intend on getting back into it next week...coz I have to pass the run test before I go back in Jan...grr! In the mean time to keep myself occupied I have been doing my sisters assignments for her, I know...Im way to nice...but this is what you do when you have absolutely nothing to do.
Anyway, would be good to receive a few motivated replies encouraging me to go for a run, coz Im really not looking forward to it, LoL. But my goal is to run atleast 6km's in a month.
And that is about all my news...I think I have more...but if I dont get back to my sisters assignment I wont finish it.
