Christmas Market

After experiencing the joys of the German Christmas Market a few years ago when I was in Germany, I was hooked. And I came home and suffered German Christmas Market withdrawal. Luckily here we get a miny one now so that helps...a bit. But I am so going back to Germany one of these years for an epic Christmas Market trip!

(Even Harry Potter can't stay away from Christmas Markets!)

Behold! I see a Christmas Market!

The tree this year is rather...thin. I guess thats what happens when you try to be all "green" and not go out and chop down ten trees to make one great big awesome one.

Some of the stalls at the Market.

Lots of people hanging out after work and having a drink.

Lots of wooden toys for sale.

And nutcrackers.

And other wooden items as well.

And ornaments.

I got Red Riding Hood and a (the Big Bad) Wolf to fit in with my "Children's Literature" ornament theme.

And some lovely lanterns.

Now to you these might look like napkin rings or ornaments but to me they look like perfect sized miny wreaths for the miny!Manor.

But for me, the best part is the food! Sausages! Yummm!

And gingerbread!

One final look back through the tree to the market.
