The graphics aren't that terrible for GBA. They're not 9/10 good, but for the system they're certainly not shitty.

Have you seen the graphics of this game? Of all GBA games I've ever played, I give it 2/10. Of all games I've ever played, 1/10.

For the system they certainly are shitty. They're in colour, if that's what you mean. I've never even played a GBC game with such bad graphics. Or such bad handling, for that matter.
