Drinks Anyone?
Nick got me a blender; so last night I made drinks with dinner. Jesse cooked chicken and dumplings with some other stuff & I made the BOMBEST drinks ever. ice, bacardi(sp?) razz, frozen orange juice concentrate, with cool whip blended in. Oh, and whipped cream on top. Don't ask me the measurements because for one I don't usually drink & two...I was sorta high so I just poured! *giggles* It's sucks that we couldn't go out, but I don't drink and drive. Besides that, Nick had to be on a 24hr. duty shift starting at 8am this morning.
You would think after him being gone seven months one night wouldn't matter, but I tried to take a nap earlier and even THAT was hard! :( He said I could bring him dinner tonight and see him. Then I have to pick him up in the morning and we have to go to the exchange to see of they have his size for his blues...we need em for the ball on the eleventh.
Speaking of the ball, I have absolutely nothing to wear and no idea what to get. Any suggestions??? Any Modesto people want to go waste a day looking around with me? I might be in town sometime within the went couple weeks. Coffee/smoothies, lunch, giggles, you know-all that fun stuff. I'm probably going to need shoes too. FUCK. I hate looking for shoes most the time.
I gotta go check the laundry and call Nick.
