Move Along
Life has been getting crazier lately.. School's been getting stressful since the term is about to end and elections are getting me anxious. Yes, I decided to run for Student Council! Haha! It's such a huge challenge for me especially since the people in my batch who have ran for my party have lost 2 years in a row. Here's one thing I learned though: Politics is so fucking dirty... Seriously. You have no choice but to develop a strong character to face all the paninira and rumors that people throw to your face. It's also a reality check to know that you can't please everyone. I was campaigning in a class last week and I could hear people mocking me at the back and giving me taray looks. It affected me for a while but then again I had to remind myself that , IT'S THERE PROBLEM AND NOT MINE. Training is also hell.. 6:30 am to 8:30 pm everyday practicing the same speeches over and over again. Well, regardless if I win or lose it's the experience that means more to me. This decision to run has really made me a stronger person not to mention appreciative of all the people who support me. There's a thrill in doing something you have never done before and I would have regretted letting this opportunity pass me by. Goodluck to us!
I am so addicted to the show Project Runway! I find it so cool how these designers only have a day to prepare an outfit related to a specific theme. Some dresses look gorgeous while the others just look too abstract. Heidi Klum is sooo hot!!! Haha!! Watch out for Jay McCarroll... His designs are fabulous!
I am now an OC convert! Someone please ruin Season 1 for me! HAHA!! One Tree Hill Season 3 is getting more intriguing with each episode!! SO EXCITED TO WATCH IT!
I enrolled today... Sucky schedule for next term. Then we have summer term from Monday-Saturday.. Hassle.. How the hell do they expect us to enjoy summer?? Oh well.
