That concert so totally rocked!! For any of those that have NOT heard of "HURT" they're on my friends list, and you should check them out, if you don't...you're totally missing out! But I MUST say, they are actually BETTER live than they are on album!! I love them so!! A short rerun of last night's events....

Walking to The Vogue through the smelly-ness that was Broad Ripple (it smelled as if someone forgot to take the garbage out and it was rotting in the sun)
Getting primo standing spot at The Vogue, listening to an AWESOME opening band (damn me, I can't remember their name)
Standing through the wailing of the second band while listening to David's Aunt Jenny make orgasmic sounds through it (the band SUCKED, the chick was high off something, and I swear I could hear packs of dogs trying to get in...it sounded like she was calling them)
Worked our way up front, I had one little short chick in front of me (yeah, so I'm short, but she was shorter and I was wearing my chunky sandals)
HURT ROCKED THE HOUSE!!
Seriously, the dude was in the crowd at one point, then he was up on the bar. There was a time he was directly in front of me, foot propped up on a speaker, and lucky me, he didn't drip sweat all over me. I probably would've gotten a hand grab if I wasn't holding onto the guy in front of me for dear life. Some bitch (yes, she WAS a bitch) wormed her way up front to directly behind and was trying her damnit to get in front of me. If I were a lesbian, I would've been in heaven. She was literally grinding my ass, I had boobies all over me. Oh oh oh!! And the dude through his water bottle out, and um, I got it. Yup. David got it, it some how landed directly in front of me after some people attempted to grab it, but it bounced forward. Score one for saving pointless objects solely because someone of rock star status drank from it!
But yeah, most definitely worth being completely and totally out of it this morning. Didn't crash till after midnight, and of course I didn't fall asleep immediately. Should the kids permit it, I'm SO taking a nap tonight.
