put all the papers i have in a stack and away under my desk
put the rest of my clothes away from the last 2 trips to do laundry
lay out stuff to be packed
relax
read
empty my mind of negativity
be in a good mood
-so that i look at others in a positive light and consequently they will see me in a positive light
eat
drive home
be grateful
smile
listen to enthusiastic music
think of all the wonderful things i can do with my week
read my science books... not to study, but to enjoy
read non-science books
have tea
