Update on stuff
Wow. It’s the last day of my “holiday” and AGAIN I’ve accomplished nothing. However.. this time I don’t feel so bad about it, because I wasn’t really planning to. I DID spend my birthday doing anything but studying (I met up with a few friends to go and see a film, and later hung around and wasted time), and I think I might have played some of the first Phoenix Wright game?(I have been playing a bit of it every now and then)
Anyway.. I want to thank everyone who wished me a happy birthday!!! You’re awesome!!
I’m not a fan of birthdays (because it just reminds me of my life running away), but I do take it as a sign of caring when people remember. :D I personally feel bad if I forget someone’s,(even if it’s not a close friend) birthday.. So yeah.. I do tend to respect those who remember. XDD
Also.. on other days I prob. hung around, met some friends and stuff. So the week really was “a holiday” and everything has piled on this last day and I must quickly do and update everything. Hmm... I have another French composition. *dies *
Rambling on some TV series.
Heroes:
Seriously… this is getting insane. I can’t take this show seriously anymore. For me... it’s in the same category as Grey’s Anatomy. I watch it for the ridiculousness.
-Arthur is alive (Knew it!!), and is another power stealer (okay, so HE is the most powerful now?), something that seems to run in the family. As does evilness. Nathan is the true black sheep of the family.. being a person with synthetic powers(NO!!!) and being the only “good person”.
-Peter.. so happy he is down now. I used to really like him, heck he was my favourite character, but I’m really not feeling him anymore. I did expect him to become evil at one point, given his need for “being someone and special”, his sensitive nature and whiny, needy, selfish and self-centred personality (all that has made him interesting), but this isn’t even evil!Peter.. this is evil!something. He doesn’t seem to have a personality at all.
Also… where’s the awesome relationship with his brother?(and he already hates his other brother)Future!Peter… Present!Peter,… both brother killers.. seriously, he and Sylar have a lot in common. Not just the obsession of killing their own brother in some future.
-Nathan: YAY!! Still not happy that his powers aren’t “real”, but I’m hoping. Also: Nathan+Tracy: YAY!! Even if it happened kind of fast. So hope this won’t be screwed up like Nathan/Niki (then again.. there’s still Barbara as a spare…)
-Claire… isn’t that annoying. But I can’t bring myself to like her.. *sighs *
-HRG… continues to be a hypocrite. Can’t stand him
-Hiro&Ando: totally scared me with the stabbing episode. Continue to be dumb(but not as dumb as Peter) but meaning good.. or something.
-Mohinder… seriously… whatever, At least he shut Maya up.
-Matt. Yay for another confrontation with his dad.
Survivor Gabon:
The onion alliance! I KNEW it would be killed in the switch. *sighs * Luckily, although my shoujo manga plot has been hacked, Jaquie was not one of my faves. I actually started liking her AFTER being voted off. I didn’t see much of her on the show, but I liked how she came off in interviews. She really did have bad luck.
-GC.. I felt sorry for him, but he had to go. He gave up on everything…. Being the leader.. challenges, the game itself.. not arguing though. Got to marvel at his ability to be all ”you ain’t telling me what to do” to everything. XD
-Kelly: provided some great blonde moments, but I won’t miss her. :D
Waaah…. Next time both will vote someone out? I’m worried about Dan. I was happy that he got to be on the tribe of awesome, but he’s coming off really bad to them. Poor, poor confused Dan. Sometimes it’s better to just be quiet. (I know that SO well.. but tend to falter at times anyway… so I can relate)
Still.. not seeing the “good vs. evil” concept. All I see is “awesome vs. suck”. And seriously.. Fang is pathetic. It’s not they suck at challenges, it’s that they suck as a tribe. They’re just miserable and pathetic and NOT together at all. (Although Ulong is season 10 lost almost every challenge, they weren’t THIS sad). As individuals they’re strong, but as a team… they suck, while people on Kota are on holiday. I was NOT happy that they ate a turtle, though… don’t they have enough food???
Ugh. I have to go for a jog, clean my room, vote and do that French composition. Darn it!!
