Maaaaiiiiiinnnzzzz!!!!!! That’s how you play when you’re losing three goals down. :) Never give up and score 4 goals. :D Awesome. :) It’s not over until it’s over. So I get here the first amazing comeback of the BuLi. :)That made my day already a little better. I slept crappily (hand rash back) and of course wasn’t feeling that great about Bayern ( Read more... )

I am SO BEHIND on my anime watching and manga reading, it is almost sickening. Need to get back to that.

I will do ANYTHING to get people to watch my favorite shows, haha.

Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex is AMAAAAAAAAZING, and was actually on Adult Swim once upon a time (2005-ish, I think) with a pretty good dub. It is one of the few series I would say is absolutely worth buying once I get the money. Then again, I LOVE cyberpunk, and badass female main characters, and really "intellectual" stuff overall, so it's right up my alley. You've probably heard of the movies (the original from the 80s, plus Innocence released in...2003, I think) by Mamoru Oshii, or maybe the original manga by Shirow Masamune (who also did Appleseed). They're all completely different takes on the same characters and concepts, but the TV series is my favorite because of some particulars of how some characters were fleshed out. 'Sides, the animation's done by Production IG, and the music's done by Yoko Kanno. Seriously FAVORITE THING EVER. XD

Bakemonogatari, on the other hand, is just so elegantly made and is my favorite "new anime" (post 2006). It starts out as an exciting, mind-twisting supernatural series - and somehow ends up to be more than that. And EVERY CHARACTER is fascinating and hilarious. Besides, it's SHAFT animating, so you're guaranteed pretty with your mindfuck, haha.

I keep on saying the same thing. I haven't got back to that. XDD (Besides sometimes, every now an then)

:D

Oh, Ghost in a Shell!! Of course I know that! XDD (I didn't recognise it from just the initials. XD) And yeah, I know Mamoru Oshii... and Masamune Shirow, but it's really not the kind of stuff I'm into. I just don't like sci-fi. :) (There are exceptions though. ;))
But Bakemonogatari sounds interesting. :) (I love well developed characters and developing plots. :) Mind screwing is a great bonus. :) )
