its a tragic case of bad taste but it's all
concerning you who truly can appreciate the
mess you've made.

i guess it's safe to say that things are looking up. i know i'm going out on a limb here, and i'm probably going to fall, but it's a risk i'm willing to take. things have gotten a lot better. and it seems like every time i say this they fall apart again, but it feels like solid ground.

we have a late opening tomorrow. yippee. today, megan, alexander, will and i went into the subway basement again. some guy walked down and we ran. except for will. he forgot to. so i spilled all my hot chocolate all over my nice shirt running away. whatever. we went to megan's. i ran into the snow without shoes on. for like five minutes. will broke megs hammock. overall, i'd say it was a successful day. i finished the list of megan's 100 songs to play me if i go into a coma. i'm too lazy to type it now, but it will get on here.

i am in love. with will hoge. and you.

i am also tired and need to wake up early tomorrow so i can ride to megan's and hit up starbucks before school.

POETRY, ANYONE???

"THe poet's eye obscenely seeing see the surface of the round world with its drunk rooftops andwooden oiseaux on clotheslines and its clay males and females with hot legs and rosebud breasts in rollaway beds and its trees full of mysteries and its Sunday parks and speechless statues and its America with its ghost towns and empty Eliis Islands and its surrealist landscape of mindless prairies supermarket suburbs steamheated cemeteries cinerama holy days and protesting cathedrals. akissproof world of toiletseats tampax and taxis. drugged store cowboys and las vegas virgins. disowned indians and cinemad matrons. unroman senators and conscientious non-objectors. and all the other fatal shorn-up fragments of the immigrant's dream come too true and mislaid among the sunbathers."

"She loved to look at flowers, smell fruit, and the leaves had the look of loving. but halfass drunken sailors staggered through her sleep scattering semen over the virgin landscape. at a certain age her heart put about searching the lost shores and heard the green birds singing from the other side of silence."

keep it together.
