I am glad to be home. Florida was beautiful, sunny, and warm, but it lacked my interest. I am tired. I feel as though my vacation was not in Florida, but rather, it is today, Saturday. I know that one day of comfort, solitude, and yoga will bring my energy level back up. All I want to do is sleep, but I cannot. I end up thinking about life, love, ( Read more... )

I am now supporting John Edwards and here's why:
- John Kerry and Howard Dean despise each other. Dean thinks that Kerry represents everything that's wrong with Washington politicians. Kerry thinks Dean overstayed his welcome in the primaries [source: Howard Fineman of Newsweek]. Therefore, I don't think Kerry will want him in his cabinet or anywhere near his administration.
- Dean and Edwards like each other a lot and Dean will probably endorse him in the coming days. With the future endorsement, a lot of the Deaniacs [myself included] will empower the Edwards campaign and make him more competetive against Kerry.
- California is the most delgate-heavy state and John Edwards has a good shot of winning it because he is everything the voters like there. He is charming, eloquent, bright, and handsome and will do well with Californian voters [source: Howard Fineman of Newsweek].
- Kerry will not chose Dean as a running mate because two New Englanders cannot get many votes. Edwards might chose Dean as V.P. because they can appeal to a lot of voters. Plus, they like each other.
- The USA Today/CNN poll shows both Kerry and Edwards beating Bush so Democrats can have a choice as to whom they want to go up against Bush.

Kate, I advise you to join the Edwards campaign with me. John Maisner even said he would vote for him over Bush.

-Your buddy, Jeremy

HAHAHAHA more Edwards converts... I told you guys from the start! muahahaha.... :-( no one believed me then, but look at Edwards go now! If you ask me, everyone is looking for electibility, but John Edwards has more then just that, he has the issues too. Right now he's everything Americans want and I have no doubt in my mind that he'll be the presidential nominee. He just needs that Dean backing badly though.

What is that supposed to mean? Why is someone posting an anonymous comment? Who are you and please share your insightful advice if you choose to speak in such a condescending tone...

Ouch, that hurts whoever that is. At least I have the gumption to speak my beliefs without hiding behind the annoymous function. Besides, if someone like me who actually read Edward's policies online and watches him on C-span, doesn't have a valued opinion, then no potential voter does.
