Wow, so I went from thinking I was going to have a horrible birthday to actually having a really enjoyable one. I even purchased a new bowl and it is very beautiful... I met a guy who is going to Loyola next year and his friend was going to Columbia, so that is really exciting. He was so nice and cute, liberal, intersted in reading/writing, music, philosophy, its great. We talked for an hour straight about how horribly stupid Bush is, it was refreshing. I was in a completely different atmosphere, yet I really felt comfortable, for the most part. I feel like I accomplished something too because I made friends in Chicago. It got us both so exccited about moving to the city, I cant wait. I think I am going to see City of God tomorrow, so that should be interesting. My faith in humanity has risen just a tad tonight, but I did not vote today so I am very disappointed in myself. I went to two different temples and still couldnt find the caucus site, my computer wouldnt load the page and secretary of state was closed, and I didnt have Jeremy phone number...And this is for Jeremy....I was planning on voting for Dean tonight and was with Dean the entire time, I just didnt want to admit it. I didnt even get to vote either, damnit, thats upsetting.
