So I've made the official decison today to find Christian a new home.
Before anyone tells me I'm a terrible person, let me explain why....
Christian is a Border Collie, and Border Collies have the highest energy levels of any dog breed. That being said, Christian is also very aggressive with other dogs, meaning that I can't take him to the park, the beach, anywhere, meaning that he is not getting his needs met. I had hoped that with obedience class we could break him of his aggressive habits, but it hasn't gotten any better. It would just be wrong of me to keep him, knowing that he has at least another 10 years on him, and knowing that in those 10 years, I'm almost positive I'm going to live in an area where there are lots of dogs. Neither of us would be happy together...
