(no subject)
First off, sorry for doing so much bitching recently about my dad and such, and thanks so much to EVERYONE who has supported me while I've been going through this. Things feel like they keep getting worse and worse, and I'm really scared. But right now I realize that things probably aren't going to get better. Right now I'm going to focus on what I have to do to graduate and get into college. Speaking of which:
I got accepted to Caltech!!

Still waiting on hearing from WPI and Harvey Mudd, but that's really exciting!! I was convinced I wouldn't get in because Mrs. Sandoval sorta implied she didn't think I would and after I got deffered, I didn't have my hopes up. So it was a pleasant surprise :)
Wow, though, now I have a huge decision to make, because I was pretty sure before that I was just going to go to Harvey Mudd, so now I have to go visit all the colleges again, and I really don't have time to. Plus Caltech's prefrosh weekend falls over student directeds (partly), so I can't go to that. Which means I'm gonna have to find other time to miss school to fly out and visit.
Well it's a chance to get away from the house anyway.
Plus I think money is going to play a big role this time, because I have an almost full scholarship to someplaces, and Caltech is gonna be, well, expensive!
So that's my good news!!
In other news, I got a new senior project, horrah! I told Miss Moss when I turned in my other one how much I really didn't like the thought of the auction office cuz they were just really mean to me. So she told me I could change, and we looked at doing it at village players, but their schedule didn't work with mine. So then I had this idea to do it at the Jewish Ensemble Theatre, so i get to do my senior project there, =)
It's a long run, 25 shows, so it'll be a good time. I'll be working backstage.
