Izam is the former vocalist of SHAZNA who is now a solo artist and is more pop than rock. He's also an accomplished actor who has appeared in several movies and also on tv (not including the episode of Crayon Shin-chan that he was animated into; he was in a historical drama series as well) and also an author.
As for relationship to a muse in _jrockrpg_...uh...he knows Hakuei. They're friends (believe it or not). He also knows all of Pierrot, having performed at Sweet Trance with the band.
