(no subject)
Knitting is progressing well. Finished mini scarves for Espin & Benny, my travel companions (a stuffed moose and Mountie beaver that came traveling overseas) last night at numensule's house. They are quite cute and I'm feeling proud of myself. Wish I had a digital camera so I could easily show you what they look like. And I made good progress on my Harry Potter scarf today at prairiedaun's. Started it last night (after much trouble with casting on and counting properly) and am now just over half way through the first stripe! Yay! There's a chance that it might be finished before the movie comes out in November. But I'm betting that instead I'll be knitting in the movie line and throughout the movie.
Wish my right index finger would stop hurting though. Feeling very old ladyish. I've been knitting too much and I'm getting arthretic fingers. *sigh*
Hmmm. Think I need new icons. I don't have one for crafty things, and I'm getting generally tired of these ones. Go! I command you talented people to make me fun icons! ;) If you want to. Don't want to seem rude and awful. But I know how bored you all must be.
And now I have to stop typing before my finger falls off.
